Haryana TET Notification 2023: Every year, the Board of School Education Haryana conducts the Haryana Teaching Eligibility Test. This test is to select and certify teachers for different school levels. There are three school levels for which teachers can apply – PRT, TGT, and PGT. Haryana TET Application Fees
Candidates can refer to the following table for insight into the fee structure of the exam. The fees differ depending on a number of factors. The basic fee is ₹500/- for a candidate who is SC/PH applying for only one level certification and is a domicile of Haryana. The fees for the rest of the candidates are as detailed below.

Documents Required to Apply for Haryana TET 2023
Candidates should make sure to have the scanned copy of the following documents on hand before they begin their Haryana TET application –
- Scanned photograph: It should be a recent passport-size photograph with a white background. The size of the photograph should be 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm.
- Scanned signature: It should be your clear and legible signature. The size of the signature should be 3 cm x 2 cm.
- Scanned thumb impression: It should be your clear and legible thumb impression. The size of the thumb impression should be 1.5 cm x 1.5 cm.
- Class 10 mark sheet: It should be a copy of your class 10 mark sheet or equivalent qualification.
- Class 12 mark sheet: It should be a copy of your class 12 mark sheet or equivalent qualification.
- Educational qualification certificate: It should be a copy of the certificate from the institution where you have completed your education.
- Caste certificate (if applicable): If you belong to a reserved category, you must provide a caste certificate issued by the competent authority.
- Disability certificate (if applicable): If you are a person with a disability, you must provide a disability certificate issued by the District Medical Board.

HTET Eligibility Criteria for Level-1 Primary Teacher(PRT) (Class I -V)
The eligibility criteria for Haryana TET PRT level teachers is as follows-
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) OR Senior secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) OR Senior secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Education (Special education). OR (i)Graduation and passed or appearing in the final year of two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) (ii) Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit or Sr. Secondary/Graduation/Post Graduation with Hindi as one of the subjects. |
HTET Eligibility Criteria for Level-2 TGT (Class VI-VIII):
The eligibility criteria for Haryana TET TGT level teachers is as follows-
Graduation and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) OR Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in Bachelor in Education (B.Ed). OR Graduation with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in 2- year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard. OR Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) OR Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed. OR (i)Graduation with at least 50% marks and passing or appearing in B.Ed(Special Education).(ii) Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit or Sr. Secondary/Graduation/Post Graduation with Hindi as one of the subjects. |
